Responsibilities:
Taking brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to brand and company targets
Translating brand strategies into brand plans, positioning and go-to market strategies Develop, maintain, implement and execute a comprehensive brand management plan
Candidate should be accountable for project related KPI’s, such us product costs, manufacturing costs, product quality, productivity, tobacco and finished goods
Design and develop processes in operations ensuring reliability, efficient planning and procurement, production and logistics
Responsible for production of all projects and plans
Optimise and improve systems and work processes
Participate fully in developing and driving initiatives to achieve overall business objectives
Responsible for quality control, production planning, material inventory, factory inspection and inspection of production lines for quality assurance
Supervise design, development of brands as well as establish checks for raw material and NTM’s inspection
Working closely with team management to ensure projects meet company needs and objectives
Managing a quality crew, and responsible for developing new product trials and ensuring product quality
Handling day to day production activities and identify process improvement opportunities and create cost saving opportunities
Creating transparent and effective processes in all areas in operations to ensure efficiency and quality
Develop effective working relationships with factory managers, operations managers, supply planning manager, quality manager and support
المهارات
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 - 10 years experience in Production and Quality control in Tobacco industry, preferably with UAE/MENA experience
Very good people management skills, as well as strategic leadership skills
In depth knowledge of all production processes in the factory
Preferably technical or engineering background with a wide variety of experience in the tobacco industry, excellent working knowledge of manufacturing issues and solutions
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge in supply chain and processes
Good understanding of full marketing mix
Good understanding of financials regarding production costs, budgets and investments Good communication skills and business understanding of company-wide process
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong external relations
Be innovative and creative thinking
Fluency in both written and spoken English, any other language is a plus Very good command of MS Office applications.
SAP knowledge is an asset Strong drive for achievement, analytical thinking ability and problem solving skills
Strong communication, team-work and cooperation skills
Flexibility to travel, internationally mobile
