Job Scope:
Develop strategies to position, promote and build scale for Better Life appliances brands through E-Commerce channels across UAE.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Ensure representation of Better Life brands in all available e commerce channels across UAE.
2. Develop & implement efficient plan to build volume and generate sales; build stronger and dedicated networks to promote Better life line of products and expand into newer segments.
3. Prepare road map & strategy to develop Better Life e commerce platform.
4. Regularly conduct market research and compile market information on customer preferences.
5. Conduct due diligence on prospective business partners and present to Line Manager for reviews & approvals.
6. Maintain cordial relationship with established business associates/ networks to ensure continued business.
7. Monitor individual sales target and ensure achievement of the same.
8. Plan & implement event schedule in coordination with Marketing team for product campaigns/ trade marketing/ product launch program.
9. build better life E-store by liaising with third parties and internal stakeholder
المهارات
Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Around 5 years experience in retail sales, e commerce & category management preferably in consumer durables.
Knowledge of import procedures and consumer preference.
Knowhow in MS office & any ERP package
Detailed knowledge on import laws, regulations & documentation.
Strong Analytical and decision making skills.
Good networking and public relationship skills.
Communication and presentation skills.
Persuasive and negotiation skills.
Proficient in English and computer skills.
