Description
Reporting to the Store Director, the Floor Manager will -
Manage all staff in the boutique, including arranging schedules, setting and tracking KPI’s and targets, conducting appraisals and training as requiredManage all inventory and stock levels; arranging transfers as needed.Drive sales in the boutique through excellent clienteling skills and building brand awareness.Manage all in-store operations including accepting deliveries, opening and closing the store, cash handling etc.Maintain visual merchandising of the store in line with the brand guidelinesWorking successfully with the Head Office team e.g. Buying, Stock, Marketing and PR
Profile
+6 years experience in the Luxury retail industry, must have prior store management experienceProven ability to manage a large team; focus on training and development of staffHigh level of product knowledge, experience across multiple product categories is essentialAttention to detail, excellent customer service and clienteling skillsFluency in English with additional language skills preferable
Job Offer
Depending on the experience of the candidate a salary of between 20-25,000 AED per month + benefits
