Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain Personnel files, Compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents independently or from transcribing Visa, requirements of Visa applications, steps required and the progression at each stage for each employee.
Receive and screens callers and Grievance Forms with complaints or problems and directs them to the appropriate party for disposition.
Monitor outgoing and incoming documents.
Interpret Company’s policy on routine administrative matters and explains procedures to others; makes appointments, coordinates meetings, and schedules conference rooms for supervisors and staff.
Coordinate the arrangement of Medical and other Visa Related Services for the staff.
Coordinate with Admin. Department and Providing Assistance to all PR-Related work to HRD & PR- Office.
Prepare Correspondence letters and Monitor Outgoing & incoming Documents.
To produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software.
Control and prepare reports on Leave Management, Flight Management and End of Service Benefits
To make arrangements for the arriving candidates by submitting their Visas in the Airport (at least 24 hours before) and receiving them.
To complete joining formalities (Inter announcement & accommodation provision) (if applicable).
Compute total time worked by employees, using calculator or computer, posts time worked to master timesheet, and routes timesheet to payroll department.
To develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports.
To perform any other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
To check the attendance physically.
Update the ERP.

Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
Other Qualifications Required: Multi-tasking, scheduling, and Data Entry Skills
High-level of interpersonal skills work effectively, particularly with local government bodies.
Knowledge of internet and e-business processes, disciplines and standards. Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Must be Pakistani.
Experience: at least 2 years in the same field. Another language is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully.
