الوصف الوظيفي Work closely with the Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; Lead business development of existing / new clientele with active business development programs. Take full ownership and management of the HR transactional requirement and ensure reporting analysis are shared with the client & internal management team Partnering across all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, salaries ,incentive plans and benefits, managing HR policies & procedures. Understanding of visa related rules and regulations as per labour regulations across all Mainland and TECOM entities in UAE Application of and follow up on visa, labour card etc and ensuring all to be in line with UAE Labor Law (TECOM & Dubai mainland) Invoicing and follow-up on payments due from clients and take appropriate action Prepare contracts and amendments with clients after understanding all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and requirements of company and client On-boarding management of new joinees in line with company and client requirements. Payroll administration of employees as per client requirement Preparation of employment contracts, addendums and all other employment related documents including preparation of letters and legal documentation as per requests of employees Liaising with Insurance companies and brokers for employee insurance management including invoicing, costing and addition/deletion of employees Preparation of End of Service Settlements and conducting Exit Interview المهارات To apply for this role you should ideally be of graduate caliber (or similar) Have previous experience of atleast 5 years in core HR Outsourcing business that includes Recruitment, HR Outsourcing, HR Consultancy and Payroll Solutions. Have experience in Business Development as an individual contributor and team member Experience in management reporting is highly desirable. Work experience must include relevant experience with hands on approach to operations, team management to understand operational and people challenges. Attention to detail and a flare for numbers is mandatory
