Our Client is looking for an Employee Communications Content Manager to manage two of their Employee Communications streams: Employee Channels & Employee Brand.
You must be able to write and edit engaging, accurate copy. If you have a journalistic background your skills will be beneficial, if you are an Internal Communications practitioner all the better.
You will need to be highly organized and comfortable juggling a multi-channel approach, ensuring scheduled as well as ad-hoc communication.
Will act as our ‘internal journalist’ and work with all levels across the business to create content and consistent tone of voice which engages, informs and drives clear action.
You will be responsible for building the content strategy and editorial calendar for employee communications; incorporating our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) messaging and evolving our CEMEA narrative. A good grasp of internet management systems as well as a good understanding of social/business networks and mobile communication platforms would be beneficial.
You must be creative switched on to possibility, a team player ready to muck-in, yet able to understand the business impact of your work and how to manage your stakeholders effectively.
Principle Responsibilities/Key Results Area:
Content and copywriting:
- Working with colleagues to collect relevant content, drafting additional material where necessary and layout in appropriate templates.
- Drafting and editing content for internal publications and platforms, including newsletters, Intranet articles and webpages, digital signage, presentations, information emails, organization announcements.
- Support driving certain projects into regional markets.
Employee Channels Management (maximize channel reach and impact):
- Strategy and content management of digital platforms such as TV, digital signage, social collaboration platform and email management platform.
- Measuring communication effectiveness of channel matrix.
- Implement internal email measurement and analysis through Eloqua/Oracle.
Employer Brand:
- Repurpose/leverage employee content for social to position our Client as an innovative employer and partner.
- Build a human connection with our brand with employee stories.
- Insert Visa (EVP of HR) into important diversity & inclusion conversations.
- Expand presence on Facebook and LinkedIn of employee and human interest content (D&I;, workplace & culture).
- Help to develop solutions that enable content sharing internally (particularly with HR and Marketing teams) that may use the content on channels that are relevant to specific markets.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications or a related field, preferably with global organizations Both in-house and agency experience preferred
BA degree or equivalent in a related subject
