Our client is now recruiting for a HR Specialist - Saudi National to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have:
* Excellent recruitment skills
* High energy, ambition, motivation and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience with problem-solving, decision-making, and employee relations preferred.
• 3 years of recruiting experience within a sales-driven corporate environment.
• Proven relationship-building skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, well-organized and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, follow-through and organizational skills.

Education / Experience / Skills
Bachelors Degree (Masters degree in Management preferable)
10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with at least 5 years experience in compensation & benefits.
Experience maintaining and enhancing Human Resources Information Systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Process orientation
Analytical and fact-based orientation
