The Organization:
Our client is the investment part of a well-known Indian family office. This organization is responsible for managing a multi-asset investment portfolio worldwide and spread over diversified industries. Their office is in Dubai and they are hiring an experienced Investment Accountant.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors and help prepare financial statements;
• Maintain financial statements for separate property portfolio;
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for all 3 parts of the portfolio;
• Coordinate with banks, fund managers, property developers, leasing agents etc;
• Responsible for all supporting documentation for accounting leg of investment transaction;
• Support Head of Investments with preparation of management reports

• Good English communication both oral and written
• Good understanding of finance and investments
• Technically sound in accounting
• Detail oriented
Education & Qualifications:
• Minimum qualification: CA/ACCA
• 2-3 years of related experience
