الوصف الوظيفي Prepare duty roster ensuring most efficient use of manpower resources. Assist in the key inventory and control procedures. Handle complaint, inquiries, comments and initiate appropriate action and follow up. Project an image of friendliness, professionalism and willingness to provide personalized services to tenants. Review all materials concerning tenants’ events and functions to make sure that everything is done to the tenants’ satisfaction. Assists tenants in all administrative task related to the services provided by the center. Response properly to any tenant’s emergency and safety situation. Answer all tenants’ incoming calls promptly with a pleasant tone of voice, listen to them and satisfy their needs. Handle team management responsibilities such as assist in the selection, training and evaluation of subordinate employees. Coach, counsel, discipline and development all team members. Assist the team members in the performance of their day to day tasks. Ensure that the team members are appropriately trained on the use of equipment and in Center’s policies and procedures. المهارات Posses organizational goal responsibilities such as to participate in developing policies and procedures for the Center’s functions, setting strategy, long term goals and sales targets. Meet or exceed sales targets by aggressively selling and promoting all the Center’s services Plan,organize and execute action to increase sales. Maintain sales leads and appropriate follow up of prospective clients. Proper complete and process appropriate agreement and related paperwork. Process renewals in a timely and proactive manner. Respond to termination notices with the objectives of enticing the tenants to stay. Conform to the Center’s leasing and pricing policies. Strong ability to forge professional relationship with client and co-workers. Good Communicator with all staff level and ability to maintain positive relationship.
