Job Role:
Complete ownership of Babyshop’s Loyalty, CRM & CVM (Customer Value Management) ecosystem within the Landmark Shukran Rewards Program.
Platforms & Channels involved:
A. SMS
B. Email
C. Online (Limited)
D. App (Limited)
E. Store Communication (Limited)
Responsibilities:
A. Plan & Chart out Babyshop’s CVM Calendar for the entire year for all 6 GCC countries.This entails:
- Building the action plan for BAU Tactical (Sale & promotional campaigns) & Thematic (Seasonal Product Launches) in conjunction with individual territory Retail & Marketing Teams.
- Conceptualize, design & deploy Special campaigns for Territories- These are crafted for specific business objectives, targeting at influencing certain customer behavior.
- The entire exercise has to be managed within the prescribed budget for Campaign & Platform costs.
B. Campaign Execution:
- Execute Campaigns in sync with Territory Retail & Marketing Teams, with complete alignment in terms of Execution dates & times, communication content & approval process.
- Ensure all the SOPs are followed before any campaign is deployed.
- Ensure all backend setups &/ promo mechanics are ready in time before campaign deployment.
- Complete ownership of our Oracle Responsys campaign management system account.
C. Elite Member base management:
- Lead the rollout of the Elite Member-base programs (currently being piloted in UAE) into the rest of the GCC countries.
D. Reporting:
- Collate relevant data points from the Analytics Partner, MIS Teams & the Shukran Team for preparation of Monthly reports, Quarterly, Half-yearly & EOY reviews.
- Preparation of accurate reports for C- level meetings & reviews, within prescribed timelines.
- Tracking & Analysis of post Campaign results, and timely reporting of the same to Finance teams & other stakeholders.
- Planning & execution of Ad-hoc reports for the business with quick Turn-around times.
- Tracking & monitoring Incremental Revenue w.r.t to Business Targets
E. Other:
- Organize the data extraction for Customer insight Surveys, and handle the data sharing with Research partners as and when required.
- Ensure the all major campaigns happening are reflected on the Shukran Webpage, Shukran App & Shukran Social Media.
- Meet every business requirement of using our Direct Marketing channel.

- Thorough knowledge of Oracle Responsys Campaign management platform.
- Ability to quickly understand campaign measurement concepts.
- Ability to understand the Business requirements & find the best, quickest & most cost effective solutions.
- Ability to analyze data, and infer Business critical insights & at the same time be able to articulate the same for key business stakeholders.
- Management of Analytics Agency / Partner.
