الوصف الوظيفي The position will be under the company’s Staffing Division and will be for a period of one year (with a view of being extended depending on company requirements and/or individual performance). The successful candidate will report directly to the Top Management PR Management • Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labor for visa applications • Procure, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all official paperwork • Arrange medical tests, passports, memos, promotional draws and fine resolution. • Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services • Accompany the customer as they exit the country • MS Office tools Customer management • Follow up and manage a customer’s portfolio • Ensure and maintain a good relationship with customers • Manage and resolve customers’ complaints • Relay information to/from customers • Send the requested/agreed reports to customer • Respond to customers within 48 hours • Store and archive all the files related to a job • Register customer complaints (external/internal complaints or analysis requests) in the customer complaints database • Escalate the complaints to the top management • Follow up with the management for case progress and inform the customer accordingly. المهارات • Additional language is a plus • Communication skills (written and spoken) • Administrative work abilities • Excellent relational skills • Organized • Customer oriented • Open minded • Multicultural and proactive mindset تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/pr-executive-3796784/ |
