With over 3,000 global companies already using our products we want to continue our rapid expansion and looking for a talented New Business Sales Consultant to support this growth within Dubai. This is an exciting, field-based role and you will be responsible for the sales of Ideagen’s Pentana Assurance suite within the Middle East region. This is a new role which will see us take a very successful product suite into a relatively untapped market.
You must have a pragmatic, results-driven approach and be able to hit the ground running. Sales skills and acumen are key, we want people who act quickly to seize opportunities; spots and capitalises trends and are keen to grow their career.
To succeed in this role, New Business Sales Consultants must:
• Understand complex selling using a consultative sales process
• Work at becoming a domain expert and learn competitive advantage
• Be able to build an effective business case, ROI and “scale the sale”
• Identify and develop key customer contacts
• Be a highly strategic and entrepreneurial sales person
• Provide accurate weekly reporting of sales activity and forecast
• Have the ability to make great decisions under pressure and in a changing work environment.
• be able to think clearly and concisely in front of prospective clients
• be able to identify realistic opportunities, qualify them quickly and pursue them effectively
المهارات
To be considered for this position, you must have:
Essential:
• A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally within the software/technology industry
• Fluent tin English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrable sales experience within the Middle East
• Proven experience working to deadlines and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Self-confidence, persuasive and a natural influencer
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical solutions in a concise and polished manner, to a diverse audience and must be comfortable and effective when talking with a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers within an organization
• Referenced experience of developing effective client relationships with multiple stakeholders, supporting the drive to develop new initiatives within those customers and hitting the “number”
• Experience of working in a Quality, Risk or Health & Safety Management environment is highly advantageous
Desirable:
• Existing knowledge of Pentana Suite of products
• Understanding of Internal Audit and Risk Management processes or software
Salary AED200,000 – AED250,000 with OTE of AED400,000 - AED500,000 per annum, plus company benefits
