Job Description
• Marketing plan development (quarterly, annually)
• Implementation of a marketing strategy to cover next 2 - 5 years
• Marketing reports management and submission
• KPI setting, and KPI review (brand, team, department)
• Product & Pricing review and product lifecycle management
• Plan and execute high quality events and activations
• Conduct regular market analysis and competitor reviews to develop business intelligence
• Managing the preparation and delivery of brand-relevant section of company newsletter
• Managing social media
• Plan, execute and report on advertising/tactical campaigns
• Manage public relations and manage the relationships with bloggers and influencers
• Manage CRM and work together with the CRM Department to execute and implement strategies
• Analyse and set up marketing budget.
• Build Brand image of the company (internal and external).
• Follow up and implement the corporate ID of the company and the brands that we represent.
• Set up, implement and follow up advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with all media agency (ATL).
• Create, purchase and distribute all the give-away (BTL).
• Create, implement and deliver all the company presentations (internal and external).
• Create, build, setup and implement all the events related to the company and the brands that we represent.
• Follow up with the main agency for all marketing issues.
• Market study and analysis (competition and trends).
• Segmentation study and implementation
• Manage the team and follow up on a daily basis.
• Follow the marketing strategies and implement
• Coordinate with showrooms for marketing and branding related issues.
• Receive, attend and solve all customers’ complaint.
• Monitor all customers’ queries.
• Market positioning.
• Update our database of competitors market.
• Follow up and update the website.
• Training need analysis.
• Mystery shopper exercise.
• Implement all aspects of PR.
• Consult and advise different department and top management on sales, marketing, pricing, action to be taken and solution.
Education/Qualification
• Minimum University Degree. Preferred Masters in management.
Experience Requirements:
• Min. Automotive Experience: 6 Years (Luxury or Premium Brands)
• Min. Managerial Experience: 3 Years (Similar Role or equivalent of Marketing/Brand Manager)

• Must have been in a previous role dealing with the manufacturer regional office
• Good at building and maintaining relationship with clients, partner brands and manufacturer regional office

• Experienced with BTL and Direct Marketing Strategies
• Experienced at liaising with and briefing agency
• Experienced at content creation (advertising, campaigns, press releases)
• Proven track record in developing strategies that deliver ROI
