الوصف الوظيفي Manage inhouse team of 8 direct reporting staffs and outsourced team of 900 indirect reporting staffs Manage MEP contractor according to contractual obligations and make sure they adhere to SLA/KPI’s. Manage House keeping & pest control contractor according to contractual obligations and make sure they adhere to SLA/KPI’s. Manage Security contractor according to contractual obligations and make sure they adhere to SLA/KPI’s. Manage inhouse procurement of spares by ensuring timely delivery. Ensure timely provision of quotes to concepts, get it approved from concepts, complete the work and ensure timely payment Obtain quotes directly for out of scope jobs, get it approved from concepts, complete the work and ensure timely payment Arrange temporary extra manpower of cleaner & security both during sales, store openings and during any events Raise PR and complete GRN for all locations and all services Ensure timely payment for the contractors Ensure timely completion of PPM for all assets Ensure timely completion of Deep cleaning in all stores Ensure timely completion of Pest control in all stores Ensure stores are clean before store opening & during trading hours Ensure all AMC of specialized subcontractors of main contractor are established Ensure timely back charging/debiting to concepts for AMC and procurement Maintain good relationship with concept SPOC’s & Finance heads by solving their concerns Ensure civil defense contracts, CCTV certifications and all statutory certificates/contracts/tests are done & valid. General Duties: Maintain office clerical, filing and record keeping systems Coordinate production and ordering of signs, tenant identification, etc Assist in the production of monthly and annual reports. Assist in preparation of transaction related documents Maintain contact and other databases for company Aid in the production of departmental reports (e.g. business plans, financial statements, RFPs) Maintain adequate inventory of all office supplies and contact all vendors when maintenance is required on general office equipment Coordinate regular inventories of all business property Contractor coordination Coordinate tenant move-ins Good negotiation skills. Knowledge on Property Feasibility studies. Additional Responsibility: planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organizing current premises; Qualification: Engineering background preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Valid UAE driving license is required for travel between sites.
