The role of the “Business Analysts and Digital Marketing Manager” is to support the group company’s growth by introducing new technologies that drive efficiency and productivity, including developing a strong branding and online presence of the group.
Online Presence Management
- Content Management (Video / Articles)
o Ensure that the brand is visually attractive by taking and providing artistic photos and videos of the company’s projects and facilities.
o Assists with marketing strategic planning, creative content generation and email campaigns as needed.
o Ensure that digital content is updated and relevant.
- Corporate Reputation Management
o Responding to brand-related concerns that are published online through online articles or social media.
- Social Media
o Develop a social media strategy and presence for the group.
o Manage and use social media platforms to organically develop ‘brand equity’ by promoting the brand.
o Utilize social media to distribute content created in promotion of the brand.
o Monitors, measures and compiles engagement reports for social media and corporate websites to evaluate the effectiveness of the social media strategy and presence.
Business Process Engineering
- Operations Research
o Collect and organize information related to key business processes.
o Identify key areas that may be improved through automation or through the adoption of new technologies in support of the business.
o Support the business by helping management decide how to better allocate resources.
o Gather input from subject matter experts related to proposed solutions
o Write reports and supporting documentation explaining their findings and recommendations for the management and Senior Leadership.
o Contribute to modernize the Engineering Department and introducing new tools and systems to take it to the next level
- Management Analysis
o Gather and organize information about the problem to be solved or the procedure to be improved.
o Develop solutions or alternative practices that are fit for the purpose of the organization.
o Recommend new systems or procedures using technology.
o Confer with managers to ensure the changes are effective.
المهارات
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or any related field to the business with exceptional grasp and understanding of new technologies. Experience working in branding through new media is also a must.
Some important qualities of an “IT Manager – Innovations” are:
1. Communication Skills – The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively.
2. Creativity – The candidate must be able to generate new and imaginative ideas.
3. Interpersonal Skills – The candidate must be able to work with different levels of employees and must be able to convince managers and top executives to accept recommendations.
4. Problem-Solving Skills – The candidate must be able to analyze processes effectively and diagnose problems, bottlenecks and roadblocks based on information gathered. They then analyze the information to solve the problems.
5. Writing Skills – The candidate should be adept in writing reports and other supporting documents explaining their findings and recommendations.
