الوصف الوظيفي Participate in the conceptualization, planning and execution of internal and external events Supervise monitoring/ PR agency work and follow up on implementation Manage media relations, including initiating new media relations: Initiate and maintain relations with all the relevant media role players including new media and social networks Manage internal communications channels and employee engagement campaigns Contribute to managing internal communication for the Brands & the Group: - Promote brand launches and events internally Develop the internal and external visibility of philanthropy/CSR projects and L’Oréal’s philanthropy policy Reinforce partnerships with international private or public organizations Manage local philanthropy requests and coordinate local actions Good writing, editing and proof reading skills…both English & Arabic Carry out assistantship operations for the Communication department: meeting and travel organization, letter processing, preparing files Organize the distribution and dispatch of products Ensure budget follow-up and manage spending commitments Manage stakeholder lists المهارات Confident in using with ease Microsoft Excel Sense of detail and precision in writing, sense of organisation / time management, excellent people skills and ability to listen. Confident in presenting & public speaking, Multitasking and ability to manage multi projects simultaneously Deep knowledge of media relations management including new media relations. Very good knowledge of the philanthropy sector and its challenges Be able to operate in a fast moving environment and to manage time efficiently in order to meet deadlines Editorial and excellent oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
