Open to any nationality, preferably ARABIC SPEAKER
Male or Female, 45 years old below
Diploma or degree holder in Law
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in holding or group of companies
Has strong experience in preparing and reviewing relevant documentation, including where necessary contracts, agreements and letters for circulation
Has experience in drafting and reviewing contracts from a generalist pool (settlement agreements, sale and purchase agreements, MOUs, LPOs)
Provide high quality, confidential administrative and legal support
Storage and maintenance of corporate and legal filings
Excellent written and articulate communication and interpersonal skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary is up to 20,000 AED depending on experiences and qualifications
