The candidate is expected to;
- Align company sales goals and messages with appealing design
- Create and arranging window displays
- Design signage and interior displays
- Develope strategies to highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs
*- Anticipate and maximizing customer interest, reaction, and expectations with visual displays
- If available, collaborating with company teams to create, build, and display merchandise
- Take photos of process for comparison
- Maximize profitability with engaging signage and campaigns
- Create displays that are creative, on-trend, and appealing
- Monitor time constraints, costs, and budget
- Arrange in advance new ideas and strategies for displays of new product launches
المهارات
A successful candidate must;
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Strong listening skills; confident presentation and decision making skills
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
- Up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends
- Extensive knowledge of the brand and product preferred
- Must at least have 2 or more years intensive experience in retail industry and visual merchandising
