1. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods ,Preventive maintenance , TPM implementation
2. Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
3. Diagnosing breakdown problems and troubleshoot
4. Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly .Thorough experience regarding mechanical and electrical equipment
5. liaising with client departments, customers and other engineering and production colleagues
6. arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components .
7. Knowledge about Rolling ,Shearing , bending , Roll former , Automatic coil line machine etc.
8. controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment .monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
9. Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
10. improving health and safety policies and procedures
11. working with specialist equipment, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which control machinery on factory assembly lines
12. writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for our manufacturing company Leminar Air Conditioning Industries LLC for location based at Dubai.
The suitable candidate should have experience of 3 to 5 years as Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing industry. The desired skills & experience into PLC , Allen Bradley , Relay , Mechanical parts RCM.
Minimum Qualification criteria : BE - Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
Salary range AED - 3,000 to AED 5,000 Per month.
