الوصف الوظيفي To ensure process excellence at handling Company’s overall Exports Operations in the African region, with a strong focus at monitoring and organizing the ordering and delivering processes in view to achieving sales targets as per Area Management directions. Main Responsibilities: • To work alongside the area management as first point of contact for Company’s Agents, Distributors and local sales teams to ensure effective communication and smooth processing of market related inquiries • Assist at handling the overall exports and commercial activities in the assigned area • Assist in organizing the Sales Network through selection and appointment of new distributors within the area • Assist in managing existing or new projects in the area as per management request • Assist in processes of negotiating contractual agreements with new partners in view of developing Sales in existing or new markets in Africa • Assist at market planning in terms of sales forecasting and target setting in view to help achieving the company’s Vision o Follow up and ensure all distributors are providing selected products list to management appraisal for forecasting purposes o Follow up and ensure all distributors are providing Sales Forecast for respective markets as per management request • Assist at organizing the registration of new products in all concerned markets liaising both with Company’s Regulatory Affairs and respective Agents o Follow up and ensure all distributors are providing product selection lists to management appraisal for all registration purposes • To receive and handle markets incoming orders and initiate the internal processing as per SOP’s with concerned Departments • Follow up Purchase Orders internal execution to ensure timely delivery of finished goods o Follow up the timely issuance of Proforma Invoices at Sales Operations Department o Update the clients on production planning and/or stock availability • Ensure Invoices are made out as per the contractual terms including Payments Terms, Delivery Terms, Free Goods Allowance • Ensure all payment instrument are complying to the agreed conditions of Sales for each specific client: o Follow up and ensure the issuance of Letters of Credit o Follow up and ensure all Advance Cash payments before delivery of shipments • Liaise with Sales Operations and Planning for production follow and update related Agents accordingly on regular basis المهارات Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Attributes) • University Degree in Business Management (BBA, MBA) • 3 to 5 years of experience in international sales or export environment • Fluency in French and English speaking and writing 3 • Hand-on experience in export distribution • Strong knowledge of Air and Sea shipment operations • Strong knowledge of export documentations • Creative thinking, administrative and follow up skills • Project management skills • Analytical and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently • Problem solving abilities • Communication and interpersonal skills • Planning and organizational skills • UAE Driving License تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/regional-marketing-and-logistics-manager-africa-region-3814620/ |
