الوصف الوظيفي Build & nurture profitable and personal long term relationships with our important clients. Address & resolve customer complaints. Coordinate corporate events, school bookings & birthday parties. Executing loyalty strategy & ensuring customer retention. Appeal to our target market and make sure that our marketing strategy is being perpetuated on the ground as planned. Act as a point of contact for client issues, requests and feedback about all aspects of the center. Collaborate with internal team such as sales & operations to address customer needs.
