This opportunity is with a large Luxury Retail Furniture company with a strong presence across the Gulf with their office based in Dubai.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager you will be expected to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. You will design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market.

Job Requirements:

As the Sales and Business Development Manager you would build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. You would present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

You will have the ability to maximize our sales team potential and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

You will train and direct retail sales coordinator and operators in the understanding and use of available information, including the professional presentation of this information to employees to blend company goals with customer and employee goals.

Successful previous experience as a sales manager with 8 plus years of experience with a background in luxury furniture or kitchen sales.

Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

Strong business sense and industry expertise and excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
