Position summary:
Professional, dynamic, high energy and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic membership team within a Leading Luxury Concierge Company. Responsibilities include new member sales, up-sells and sponsorship sales to existing members, existing client base account management (where necessary) as directed by the Business Development Director.
General Duties:
- Identify prospective members and implement a monthly sales plan
- Develop a thorough understanding of the membership levels offered and the benefits each
- Develop metrics with Business Development Director: Sales, member visits, calls, and member conversions
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the company and its various services
- Participate in various company/client meetings, events and activities
- Work with Business Development Director and sales team to strengthen member retention
- Always represent the company name professionally and positively
- Other relevant duties as assigned by Business Development Director

- Highly motivated with B2C and B2B sales experience
- Excellence in relationship building and relationship sales
- Excellence in maintaining and liaising with clientele needs
- Thorough knowledge of luxury lifestyle needs and desires
- Ability to set and meet goals
- Excellent selling and closing skills
- Strong sales and prioritizing focus
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Excellent networking skills
Preferred Background and Experience:
- Minimum two years indoor and outdoor sales experience
- Membership sales and membership based organization experience preferred
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and database programs
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written: English a must, Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work successfully with company staff and membership team
- Must be a team player
