Discover new trends and innovations in transportation

Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing and operational activities
Participate in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities of the organization

Direct and review work plan for assigned staff

Implement appropriate safety guidelines and investigate issues

Monitor vehicle usage and plan and balance loads

Checking and filing of expenses like fuel bills, petty cash etc.,

Aid in vehicle utilization by analysing data

Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies

Maintain accurate records and files of vehicle usage

Manage the upkeep and periodic maintenance of vehicles

Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems

Select, train, motivate and evaluate assigned personnel

Assist with budget preparation and administration

Coordinate transportation activities with outside internal and external stakeholders

المهارات
-Experience in Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Logistics-Minimum
-2 years in a Supervisory role, leading people
- Minimum 2 years operating in an operations environment
