Job Title: Associate Capital Markets – Real Estate
Job Location: Dubai
Reporting to: Head of Middle East Capital Markets
Job Summary
Working within the Middle East Capital Markets Team
Responsibilities
• Provide support on existing instructions to senior team members.
• Collate requirements, leads and opportunities for discussion within the team
• Maintaining strong contact and dialogue with international investment teams globally to source new deals and opportunities for local clients
• Deal presentation and analysis, using bespoke cash flow models and standard RE software (Argus)
• Working on the deal process from concept to execution with direct client dialogue from the start
• Providing weekly/monthly market reports to key clients, working with relevant research teams
• To build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
• To network and business generate
• To perform other tasks delegated by the Partner in charge as required
• To be able to think laterally and cross refer business across the KF network
• Flexibility in working with clients and projects across time zones and different working weeks

Professional Experience and Personal Skills
Qualifications/Education Required
• MRICS
• University degree
• Language skills: English fluency crucial, Arabic preferred but not essential
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Use of Argus Investor and Developer
• Strong financial acumen
Career Experience Required
• Currently working / experience of working in an established capital markets / investment team
• UK / European commercial real estate experience
• A track record of completed investment transactions
• An existing network of contacts
