الوصف الوظيفي Identify strategic partnership and develop strategies enabling expansion and Business diversification Identify, select, negotiate, and register local and international brokers to increase sales performance and achieve sales targets Hold targets and monitor achievements for sales from brokers and provide operational support to help achieve targets Provide orientation to brokers about the projects on hand and the company and Dubai and conduct site visits when necessary Organize and manage brokers events and sales events as and when required to ensure full engagement Ensure brokers engagement with the brand Develop strategies and select and manage branding and marketing agencies for all market related advertisements and content Manage sales and marketing strategy budget Identify market trends, target markets, pricing strategies, products qualifications and pivoting potentials and recommend specific business opportunities for current and future sales & revenue growth potentials Develop, maintain, and manage strong relations with internal and external stakeholders المهارات 12 to 15 years’ experience in real estate industry, marketing and sales, and business development, with extensive exposure to Dubai real estate industry.
