Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities will be to manage all aspects of the sales process including developing and managing sales pipeline of the given territory and key customers.
- Working on new product development understanding the market requirement and formulate the same taking the help of team members and principals
- To organize the production / blending of successful recipes in a third party facility with the help of unit head and supply them to customers on time.
- To identify, develop and execute new business opportunities in the given territory
- To develop senior level relationships with targeted customers which can be leveraged to further develop the Middle East as a strategic market.
- To manage a portfolio of existing strategic customers with a view to further developing sales to these customers.
- To act as a key market intelligence resource in the region and report on relevant developments in the regions meat markets.
- Develop medium and long-term contractual relationships with selected growth partners in the region.
- To contribute to the ongoing development of the MCS (Meat Culinary and Snacks) unit on all fronts
- Conducting line trails at customer place as and when required especially with KSA customers
- Sales Manager would be responsible for forecasting, securing orders, monitoring and analyzing sales and channel development.
- Should be sales focused, with a strong understanding of the local market and a positive and proactive team player, with a professional attitude and appearance and should also be able to handle multiple categories of products.
- To help Value account team members in conducting trails at the customer place in addition to his own key customers and territory
- To help unit head overall in achieving the objective of the unit on short and long-term objectives
المهارات
Requirements:
-Work experience preferably in B2B selling, out of which at least 2-3 years in the industrial selling of food/ chemical products
- 7-8 years’ experience in selling food ingredients or food products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
