Recruitment and Selection
Responsible for overseeing the process and quality of the candidates that are presented to line managers and clients to ensure that they meet the job requirements and the vacancy is closed within the required time frames, approving final offers.
Training and Development
Work with Line Managers to identify the key positions within the organization to develop a succession plan in order to prevent the organization from critical skills shortage in the future and to retain key talent within the organization.
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals and consultation with line managers/department heads in order to develop and implement a training plan for the company.
Employee Relations
Ensure managers receive proactive advice for a wide range of ER queries including; HR policy and procedure interpretation, employment legislation, terms and conditions of employment, absence management, performance management, grievance, disciplinary and termination management.
Manage complaints/grievances relating to employees to ensure a thorough and fair investigation is completed, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
Monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with under-performing employees.
Review, guide and approve management recommendations for employee terminations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
Organization Development
Assist internal clients with succession planning, talent development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management challenges.
In consultation with management, ensure organization charts are prepared, issued, updated with required approvals for each department.
Ensure HR team at large fully support line managers to prepare job descriptions, salary structures and any other matter related to job positions and compensations packages applying established procedures
Performance Appraisal
Proactively support the annual performance appraisal process within the company and provide guidance to the managers on the process.
Monitors and reviews the annual performance appraisal process and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual performance appraisals are carried out in a timely manner.
Review employees KPI and address any irregularities.
General
Develop and implement HR strategy for the company in agreement with CEO / Group HR Director.
Participate in annual salary review exercise.
Prepare and maintain HR reports for company management.
المهارات
B.A Degree or similar, HR qualification such as CIPD or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years managing a HR Department
UAE Labor Law, Government regulations, HRMS
In-depth knowledge of employee relations within the UAE is required
