Areas & Responsibilities:
General:
1. Take charge of the company’s IT strategy and operations in support of our business objectives
2. Plan and keep budget and submit for approval of IT expenditure
3. Negotiate or review contracts with service and material providers; keep materials up to date and adequate
4. Initiate and maintain the acquisition of any industry relevant certifications
5. Responsible for ensuring adequacy to audit requirements and responding to any audit discrepancy.
Business operations:
1. IT Alignment to Business Objectives; identify opportunities of improvements; management of changes.
2. Design and implement automation of processes, ie ERP/CRM strategy and tools
3. Maintain computer skills adequacy across the organization with provision of/ or identification of training programs, in particular in MSOffice.
IT security:
1. Establish and ensure compliance across the group with any IT related Policy and procedure and provide training in those policies.
2. Implement security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
3. Establish adequate data security in terms of firewalls, network monitoring, encryption, data file access, backup & recovery
4. Carry out systems (penetration) tests and risk assessments for periodic review of hardware/ software and policy compliance and adequacy.
Networks
1. Function as network manager as head of your team; provide required support and maintain policies, software and hardware to ensure optimal networking functionality, design failure response policy
المهارات
1. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of network and security fundamentals, protocols, and technologies.
2. IT implementation management, project management, business operations needs assessment required
3. Excellent practical understanding of IT operations, PMP, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL certifications are a plus.
4. MSOffice expert
5. Working knowledge of SharePoint, SAP, sales Force, Insightly or similar a plus Knowledge of Virtualization is a plus
6. Previous direct team management experience is a plus
