الوصف الوظيفي Support in maintaining budget controls and monitoring spends of the annual marketing budget Develop marketing plans and campaigns to support the brand objectives across all territories Implement all planned thematic and tactical activities in adherence to the marketing calendar Work with the Digital Marketing team to plan the social media calendar in alignment to the overall marketing calendars Work closely with the PR team on a holistic and integrated plan and support them with the execution of that plan Support the creation of on and offline marketing material from briefing artwork to production Work with franchise brand principles to grow the popularity of brand presence in the region Effectively communicate and influence to all levels within concept and brand functions Liaise with internal departments, territory teams and brand principle to maintain and share marketing trade calendar Marketing Execution, Control and Evaluation Ensure accurate execution of all marketing activities Coordinate with the cross function departments and brand principals to ensure approvals and briefings are managed according to plan Manage and coordinate all collateral to stores with Operations, VM and Brand Teams Ensure all campaigns and activities are evaluated and reported on time to the management team Work closely with territory teams to oversee the delivery of all marketing activities for consistency across all elements of the marketing mix Set and monitor project KPIs, collate and evaluate results and prepare reports for management team Manage brand loyalty schemes and generate new campaign ideas Liaise with external third parties/vendors as per project requirements Process supplier quotations and invoices Monitor and report on relevant industry news, trends and marketing/communication performance Conduct regular monitoring and other research campaigns المهارات Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail and accuracy Creative with the ability to think innovatively to generate the new campaign Ability to work well as part of a team and take the initiative to lead projects Highly organised with the ability to multitask and priorities projects Demonstrate passion and understanding of marketing theory تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/executive-marketing-3815935/ |
