الوصف الوظيفي
• Organise and carry out surveys of properties and prepare relevant, detailed reports to support the survey.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of the property both structural and MEP (where appropriate).
• Take and store a photographic record of property defects during the survey.
• Prepare detailed snagging reports/observations for presentation to clients.
• Maintain property records and client details, including databases.
• Prepare and submit quotations/proposals after approval by Head of Building Surveying.
• Maintain communication and coordination with clients/representatives regarding updates and status of property.
• Coordinate with the Administration Coordinator with regard to scheduling appointments and required documentation.
• Provide input to improve Department policies and procedures.
• Develop existing and new services in line with company objectives.
• Perform administration duties as required.
• Provide support to the valuation department when required.
المهارات
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills with a particular focus on Excel.
• Ability to write technical reports.
• Knowledge of how to use equipment/tools for property surveying.
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
• Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
• UAE Driving License or ability to undergo driving test within three months of joining essential
