JOB SUMMARY
Our manufacturing and distribution company (FMCG sector) based in
Dubai is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Sales Executive. The
successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know
how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The candidate will
be responsible for transforming the performance and work closely with the team.

Responsibilities and Duties
Ø Assess and transform the challenges
faced in the sales function
Ø Monitor the sales program on the
ground across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new
markets
Ø Provide on-the-ground sales leads and
close new deals
Ø Meet with customers to discuss their
evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with
them
Ø Develop and implement new sales
initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
Ø Provide daily report of field sales
success and communicate to the superiors
Ø Maintains
relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service
improvements.
Maintains quality
service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
المهارات
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science /
Food Technology / Hotel Management / Fisheries Science
Ø Master’s in Business Administration is
preferred.
Ø 4-6 years
of Experience FMCG / HORECA Sector – Seafood /Poultry/Red meat Category would
be an added advantage
Ø Track record of superior performance
metrics with a proven achievement of monthly sales targets in HORECA Segment
along with creative and next level thinking mind set
Ø Excellent communication and negotiation
skills
Ø Strong decision-making and
presentation abilities
Ø Excellent knowledge and familiarity
with FMCG sector consumer behavior
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meeting shorter deadlinesØ Flexibility to work long hours and including holidays ondemandØ Excellent leadership with strong commitment, work ethics andself-motivation to thrive in a challenging environment.
