The role will act as the team leader and focal point for HSE.
Act as a custodian of the Innova Groups HSEMS and ensures that it is being complied
with applicable local and international regulations and standards.
Develop and implement pro-active basis HSE management system in company’s
operation
Conduct risk assessment of all activities carried out in our existing ISO depots and
terminals
Develop fit for purpose WI for all the critical activities carried out at company facilities
Provide basic safety training for the field staff employed at depots and terminals
Implementation of PI / NM capturing and reporting system
Perform health and safety documentation on new projects.
Ensuring that business is legally complied with health and safety regulations.
Managing emergency procedures and organizing emergency team such as fire marshals
and first aiders.
Preparing monthly HSE performance reports from company’s all operational sites.
Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe
working practices, corrects any obvious hazards immediately.
Support top management in the HSE policy and guideline issues.
Maintains current knowledge of HSE regulations and disseminates information on
changes to applicable regulations.
المهارات
Strong background as an HSE professional in oil and gas field/ Refinery and Terminals
Bachelor Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with additional professional
qualifications in HSE such as NVQ, BSC or NEBOSH national diploma is essential.
Will have had deep involvement in various field development and operational areas and
in applying both process and health and safety principles in each.
Willing to work different shifts and travel up to 30% of the time.
Ten or above years’ experience in Health, Safety and Environment.
Due to the role covering the health & safety for multi-sites, the post holder must have a
Current driving license.
