1) Site Level: Responsible to manage Sayara service CSRs data entry from Customers’ Documents on RTA & Sharjah Policy system and ensure that the correct information required by RTA is also entered in the system for proper processing for testing and registration purpose. Prepare duty roaster for all Sayara service CSRs in co-ordination with Site Manager.
2) Cash Handling: Responsible for all CSRs cash transactions at the counter, where applicable, and tallying of cash with the system printouts at the end of the shift and safe handing over of the same to Site Manager.
3) Customer Service: Ensure Sayara service CSRs maintain a high standard of customer service at the site and deal with all the customer is a highly professional and cordial manner. Ensure Sayara Express service provided to all customers within the time frame set by Site Manager.
4) Site Image: To behave confidently and ensure the proper projection of company’s image to the customers. Maintain Good relation with RTA & Tasjeel staff.
5) Productivity: Ensure all sayara CSRs & CSAs achieve daily/monthly targets that are set by site Manager & Asst. Site Manager.
6) Business support: support site Manager & Asst. Site manager to achieve monthly site revenue targets.
7) Quality Management System: Ensure Tasjeel QMS compliance at the counter.
المهارات
Should have High School / Diploma
Having a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position in the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Arabic and English.
Fully IT Literate
