We are now recruiting for Eloqua & Content Manager
This is a Contract role through Manpower ME. (end date 30th September 2019)
Role Purpose
The Eloqua & content manager role is focused on executing flawless Digital Sales & Communication campaigns with our clients and ensuring that relevant content is available & easily accessible to the client facing teams through our knowledge management system.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate with other teams to deploy marketing automation campaigns & Product awareness campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are in line with best practices and current thought leadership
• Develop programs, processes, and technical solutions to customize and extend usage of Oracle Eloqua in support of B2B Sales campaigns, scoring, multi-touch drip nurture and broadcast emails, profiling, segmentation, and ROI reporting
• Configure and manage Campaigns in the Oracle Eloqua software platform.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics and tactical details with flawless execution for multiple locations
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project uses simultaneously, in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
• Have a passion for digital marketing, continually keeping abreast of new developments, with both Eloqua, and across the marketing stack
• Content management in the Client’s knowledge management tool – getting new content, updating existing information, archiving & creating awareness of existing content etc.
• Improve adoption of knowledge management tool amongst users by improving on existing practices and layout
• Have a keen eye for analytics and adept at creating reports and presentations

Key Skills and Experience
• 1-2 years of hands on experience with Oracle Eloqua, preferably having served in a large enterprise environment
• CSS and HTML knowledge
• Excellent structured communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of B2B Sales & marketing automation strategies and best practices
• Eager to learn new applications and technologies
• Ready to be part of a rapidly expanding team
• Technical problem solving skills
• 4-year college degree in a technical field or equivalent
• Trouble shooting skills and strong attention to detail.
• Robust data and analytical skills
• Experience with other areas of the Eloqua platform, a plus
• Experience working in a digital agency, consulting firm or digital marketing organization is a plus
