We want a manager that can achieve the above. One that can as well reach sale targets and that can execute our ambitions and plans.
It is of vital importance that the manager have his own ambitions and understanding of the industry.
It is also important that he shows great leadership that will reflect on his staff in order to achieve the above targets.
