Job Summary
The business development and technical sales representative role is to support the Dubai office for direct sales of analytical instrumentation products and services to customers in the oil and gas industry and identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
Role and Responsibilities
• Effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new accounts
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Organizing sales visits
• Providing product education and advice
المهارات
Formal Education & Certification
• College diploma or university degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering or similar technical field and experience in technical sales of analytical instrumentation
Knowledge & Experience
• The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills and be capable of communicating equally well with Ph.D. level scientists and QC technicians
