We are an established Real Estate Group, stable and thriving in the market for 16 long years and with branches in the UK and at one of the most premier locations in Dubai, Emirates Towers.
To leverage our company further, we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be in charge of our recruitment and selection procedures.
The candidate is expected to perform the following:
- Work with top management to understand fully the requirements and execute recruitment efforts.
- Develop a recruitment strategy, this includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning and so on
-Identify and source top talent for current open roles within the organization
-Manage, and coordinate along with the top management, the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
-Discuss and communicate to the candidate; corporate benefits, salary, and working environment.
-Use job boards, and other technical means to source candidates for existing and upcoming positions.
المهارات
-Minimum 5 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
-Proven work experience in the UAE
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Bachelors degree in Human Resources
-A keen understanding of the roles within the organization
