• Sales & Marketing of sheet metal ducts and accessories for entire UAE and Oman region.• Effectively managing the sales team to achieve the vision of management.• Business strategy development, intelligent survey, networking, and key account management.• Marketing, branding, sales promotions and generating sales. • Generating sales enquires and issuance of quotations• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business opportunities• Report management about the monthly sales performance about the target allocated for Individual as well as a team. • Ensure customer satisfaction through understanding of clients’ requirement including their return on investment objectives.• Responding to the tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
المهارات
• Minimum 6-8 years of local experience as a manager in the HVAC market and preferably in the same product sales.• Preferred product knowledge on Acoustics, VAV units, ductwork, fire dampers, etc.• Excellent communication skills• Technical know-how preferably on HVAC / MEP market, MEP contractors, consultants.• Ability to analyze contracts and tenders• Management skills• Team building skills• Leadership Qualities• UAE driving license
