Our client is now recruiting for an HR Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop & implement HR policies and procedures aligned with the company strategy.• Manage the recruitment and selection process.• Analyse & produce error free payroll as per UAE labour law.• Responsible for HR activities such as employee relations, HR operation, employee compensation & benefits (Leaves, EOSB).• Report to management and provide decision through HR metrics.• Work with department managers to create and update job descriptions.• Build and manage a performance appraisal system that drive high performance.• Dealing with any kind of employee including labours.
Skills of delivering HR service to all levels of the business;• Have a ‘hands-on’ approach to HR;• Must be able to work in a fast paced/changing environment;• Must be able to establish credibility quickly;• A high degree of resilience, perseverance and commitment is essential;• Have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles, personalities and diverse areas of the company;• Have a high level of communication skills both oral and written;• Must be approachable at all times and in all situations;• Having experience in abroad reporting;• Be able to gain the respect and trust of others

Skills / Experience / IT systems required: Oracle HR systemCertifications or Qualifications required: 4 years’ experience in same field in UAE / Bachelor Graduate Holder.
