Our client is a leading regional group in healthcare, dedicated to contribute to the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman markets by supplying high quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and analytical industries. They are seeking to recruit a “Branding & Communications Manager” for the Marketing department, to be based in Dubai. Position will be reporting directly to the Group CEO.

*Responsible for leading the brand communications team in continually enhancing a particular brand image, increasing brand awareness, and providing after-sales support through advertisements, media, point-of sale, partnerships, and relationship marketing*Ensuring all team members provide high quality customer service, monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement*Creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly commercial calendar plan, liaising with big bosses about marketing related issues, at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with them*Acts as the brand’s spokesperson with media relations by formulating and implementing public relations strategies, and selecting and managing communications with external agencies*Develops media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities*Providing strategic input and direction for the brand*Developing style guides, templates, and other materials*Developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind*Advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand*Must be highly motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, creative and innovative, and possess good time management skills*Must be able to multi-task, do market research and analyze results effectively, prioritize and influence stakeholders; understand the target market and its dynamics*Must then be able to determine the right strategy to introduce and promote the company’s brand message*Must be good in his Public Speaking skills, Written Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Organizational skills, Computer skills, Social Media skills, Time-Management skills, Creativity, Analytical skills, & Mathematical skills*Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Finance, or any related field is required. Graduate degree is a plus*Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, or media buying *Demonstrated knowledge in Marketing and Public Relations*Effective written and oral communication skills*Handling Medical / Pharma companies is a plusGood English communications skills & with strong branding and communication skills*Arabic speaking candidates are preferred
