5+ years’ experience in system administration positionMacOS & Windows environments-Previous experience with MDM solutions for MacOffice services experience (office network, printer connectivity and sharing, cellular services etc.)-Asset management experience-Strong customer service orientation with previous Service Desk experience-Strong organizational skills (time management, task prioritization, etc.) and good communication skills-Proven ability to work independently & proactively-Exposure to Cloud hosting solutions, and Confluence, Jira Git Lab environments a plus
