*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-As a Managed Voice Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing quality technical support for Managed Voice customers’. You will work regularly with multi-vendor products such as Cisco, Avaya, NEC, Huawei, Genband, Oneaccess or any voice products which are developed in house for managed customers along with UC applications as required by the customers. Support Engineers are foremost problem solvers who are passionate about networking, and we seek talented, enthusiastic, and tech savvy individuals to build upon our expanding support organization. *Responsibilities:-Diagnose and troubleshoot various Network related issues reported by Voice customers.-Own each Voice networking issue through the process from initial creation to resolution.-Collaborate with other Support Team members to fix network outages, misconfigurations, and complex networking issues of customers’ devices.-Read and analyze logs related to trunk outages, system/application issues, packet captures using Wireshark.-Working and troubleshooting on ISDN PRI/BRI/SIP trunks-Work with Engineering and Management to diagnose and resolve critical escalated issues.-Use acquired knowledge to suggest, edit and write in depth Knowledge Base articles.-Stay up to date on telecommunications, networks and UC components.-Deliver Process Trainings /KTs-Assisting/validating on the designs as required by Customer and internal SA teams-Ready to work in a 24/7 shift as required-Should be able to manage Vendors effectively-Timely renewals on Contracts and support for our managed customers
المهارات
-Should have 7+ years of relevant experience in the Telecom profile-Hands-on experience with network design, administration, and support either in Cisco, Avaya, NEC, Huawei IP PBX.-Provides Tier 3 support and escalates to vendors as required-Sound knowledge in IP PBX features and its functionalities-Deep Understanding on the protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP on analysing and troubleshooting.-Capacity to successfully manage and prioritize simultaneous requests from start to finish.-Certification from either CISCO; Avaya; NEC system; SIP School would be beneficial and given preference,-Work experience in Audio and video conferencing-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, telecommunication or relevant-Involved in the Evaluation of new products and services and integrations
