-ownership for all tasks assigned, from the point they are assigned until agreement is reached; ensuring completion and bringing tasks to a logical closure. Ensure your squad/team members take ownership of tasks and close them.-Communicate and report proactively with colleagues, leadership and others in the organization by using appropriate means of communication-Focus on time management by timely and quick completion of all allotted tasks; quick response to all communications; attendance in all meetings and appointments before the scheduled start time-Use the “General Responsibilities matrix” to understand your duties as a Squad Leader.
المهارات
-Main priority is to lead and mentor the squad, ensuring that all squad members are motivated, have objectives set and know what they are working on daily.-As a lead, coaching and mentoring is your primary activity, while removing blockers from your squad members before attending to your own tasks.-Ensuring that the Kanban system is followed by all your squad and that daily standups happen consistently and with quality. Ensure retrospectives are used to continually refine the Kanban task tracking system.-Operational leadership and management of your squad to ensure that you have the resources, skills and capabilities to deliver on your squad objectives.-Measuring, monitoring and motivating your squad members to ensure a consistent level of throughput through the squad and using tools to ensure that cycle time is as low as possible.-Reporting on any areas required to management on any aspect of your squad activities at recognized intervals.-Provide inputs to the Business Analyst for design requirements-Provide inputs to the Business Analyst for design documentations-Development activities for the project and enhancementsAssist the QA analyst in creating scenarios for UAT-Understand systems capabilities and their database schema-Implement change requests, tuning and debugging on the system (including ticket management)-Update the knowledge base/ ensure document management-Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution-Create and maintain root cause analysis of technical issues-Interact with the End User on specific incidents
