The Medical underwriter will be responsible for:
Analyzing the Insurance requirements of SME & corporate clients for group medical insurance as received from business development team.
Coordinating & negotiating with multiple insurance companies and providers to get the best terms for the client.
Comparing & analyzing the multiple terms received from different insurers to compile and advise the best options.
Assist the business development team for explaining the terms including benefits, coverage, exclusions for the client.
If required, accompany the business development team for client presentation or queries to support in maximum client conversion.
Building up effective relationship with the insurance companies to engage in mutually beneficial business relations.
المهارات
The candidate MUST posses the below skills & qualifications:
A good conversational command over ARABIC & ENGLISH LANGUAGE is must.
Medical Insurance underwriting experience is required (at least 1-2 years) preferably with an insurance broker in UAE.
Sound knowledge of medical insurance & products is required.
Candidate should have a good rapport built with the underwriters of different insurance companies across UAE.
Candidate must have minimum Bachelors degree from a reputed institution.
Effective communication & negotiation skills are required to perform the job in effective manner.
Candidate must be a team player & willing to contribute constructive ideas and progressive methods.
Strong analytical skills & interpersonal skills are required.
