Working as part of a dedicated team, we are delighted to introduce to the market a unique opening for the role of Accounts Assistant with us here at Zaxis Consulting.
Based in Dubai, this is a full time position where you will be working with our senior accounts team using a range of different systems to tidy up and clear accounts.
With close links to London, Zaxis Consulting is a multinational conglomerate managing a thriving property management subsidiary in London.
Prior experience for the role is not essential but would be desirable.
Responsibilities will include:
Reconciliation of payments on Xero
Setting up invoices and accounts for existing clientele
Clearing up a backlog of transactions
Preparing asset and liability reports
Auditing financial transactions
Preparing quotations to be sent to clients
Adding transactions to Xero and other relevant platforms
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Generating KPI’s based on accounting data
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of accounts and will be able to adapt quickly to a fast paced moving environment.
