1. Customer Service Representative Core Responsibilities: Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all timesKeeps in touch with existing customers to take feedback about services being delivered, their future needs, information about competitors’ activities (pricing and offers), etc.Assists in preparing reports pertaining to business development and sales to the senior management whenever requiredRe-directs customer inquiries to appropriate personnel within the company and who can assist in resolving the complaints/issuesReceives and responds to inquiries/complaints regarding the Business Unit’s services, and ensures it is resolved in a timely mannerMaintains a detailed and updated database on customers which is periodically reviewed to maintain accurate information Analyses customer feedback and ensures necessary action is taken on improvement areas Follows up with relevant internal teams to resolve customer complaints and respond to any queries Ensures adherence to quality standards for all customer interactionsEnsures proper induction of all new customers by providing relevant information about the Business Unit’s services
Job Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience High School/ Diploma Fluent in English skills (written and spoken)Arabic and Hindi language skills is an additional advantage
2. Logistics Coordinator Core Responsibilities: Understand and learn prevailing Warehouse Management System. Handling Goods receipt, outbound and mid-bound activities in Warehouse Management System and as per Standard Operating Procedures. Periodic coordination with quality manager, clearing officer & sales team members. Developing daily metrics basis operational requirement and for improvements. Co-ordinate with IT team for day to day issues with regard to warehouse tasks. Addresses and resolves any issues with stock or deliveries. Coordinate with the Inventory team and updating required data’s in Warehouse Management System
Job Requirements: University Degree / Bachelors.Supply Chain and Logistics Certification A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years in a similar roleFluent in English skills (written and spoken)
