The Industrial project assistant will provide support to our IP team , and this include the following:

• Liaising & negotiating with Carriers / Vendors – Air / Sea & Land Transportation OOG

• Quoting to clients / Participating in E Bids

• Addressing client on Operational process.

• visiting port for supervising load / offloading of cargo when required.

• Follow Up on Quotes offered and for Service issues.

• Co –ordinate between client and operations team from smooth execution.

• Should be proficient in Account Management

• Should have excellent communication and diplomacy in handling clients

• Should posses good customs knowledge for UAE and GCC.

• Should be a team player.
