My Client is seeking to recruit a Senior Valuations professional from a real estate background for their Dubai office.
The main requirements an Area / Senior Valuer needs is as follows:
• Experience within the property industry where you’ve carried out property valuations
• Ability to understand the current markets
• Able to deliver a high level of service
• Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory and building your own, and our client’s business

Qualifications/Education Required
• RICS Qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience
Career Experience
• Broad UK or GCC property valuation experience
• Registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme
