Ghassan Aboud Group is recruiting a Leasing Executive with Similar experience in any retail industry preferably chain of supermarkets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Stay informed about retail developments and innovations.
• Stay informed about competition activities and actions and identify new opportunities and measures
• Guarantee proper documentation for all lease agreements.
• Propose sites for the opening of new stores within the overall expansion plan.
• Elaborate feasibility reports to ensure a positive IRR, NOPAT and payback.
• Evaluate the catchment’s area potential and confirm it with the analysis of the consultant’s survey.
• Ensure the planning and effective implementation of the expansion plans.
• Negotiate the best deals with tenants.
